As far as I was concerned that was that, I loved my cloth nappies but understood why they weren't for everyone. One-by-one, some of my mummy friends started asking me questions about our gorgeous nappies, and it dawned on me... I'm not just a crazy hippy mum (I'm not even that hippy!), people are interested in being cloth bummers like me, they just don't know where to start, and after a few too many glasses of wine with my fellow NCT mums my @clothbummumm Instagram account was born.

From starting the Instagram account and making it my mission to test as many different cloth nappies as possible my addiction well and truly set it. Next I opened Farnborough Cloth Nappy Library and am in the process of starting one in my new home town.

It's not all cloth nappies though, that's just where it began.

 

Since making this switch I have slowly been making other eco changes in our lives and in our home, which I share along the way, along side various parenting ramblings and thoughts.
